LAWSGROUP was founded in Hong Kong by the late Mr. Law Ting Pong in 1975. With the motto of making quality clothing at reasonable costs and unparalleled turnaround time, the Group soon became one of the leading suppliers to some of the biggest apparel labels in the world. | 1978 | In line with China Open-Door Policy, the group set up its first production facilities in China. | |
| 1987 | Listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong as Laws Fashion Knitters Ltd. | |
| 1989 | The group changed its domicile to Bermuda and listed on the stock Exchange of Hong Kong as Laws International Holdings Limited. | |
| 1990 | The group became one of the only two Hong Kong companies succeeded in shrugging off anti-dumping claim accused by the US in that year. | |
| 1991 | Laws Property Group was spun off for listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. | |
| 1993 | Bossini International was spun off for listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. | |
| 1998 | Laws International Holding was privatized. | |
| 2005 | Four factories were strategically set up in Zhuhai and Shenzhen, China to capitalize on the opportunities brought by China's re-entry into the WTO in 2005. | |
| 2006 | Restructured on a corporate level with renowned vision and mission. | |
| 2009 | Gained major foothold in the thriving domestic market in China. | |
