LAWSGROUP was founded in Hong Kong by the late Mr. Law Ting Pong in 1975. | 1989 | The group changed its domicile to Bermuda and listed on the stock Exchange of Hong Kong as Laws International Holdings Limited. | |
| 1990 | The group became one of the only two Hong Kong companies succeeded in shrugging off anti-dumping claim accused by the US in that year. | |
| 1991 | Laws Property Group was spun off for listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. | |
| 1993 | Bossini International was spun off for listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. | |
| 1998 | Laws International Holding was privatized. | |
| 2005 | Four factories were strategically set up in Zhuhai and Shenzhen, China to capitalize on the opportunities brought by China's re-entry into the WTO in 2005. | |
