PLS System
(for Knit & Woven products)
The PLS (Production Line System) keeps track of each piece of garment's production status accurately along the production line.
RFID technology is applied throughout the production lines from cutting, sewing, embroidering to quality control. Live production data is visualized on LED display boards set up along the production floor, making it possible for production management staff to make use of the data to assure production quality, while improving planning accuracy and eliminating production bottlenecks.
PLM System
(for Sweater products)
The tailor-made PLM (Production Line Monitoring) system is designed to gather updated production data from up to thousands of automatic knitting machines for real-time production status monitoring.
The system associates relationship among production lots, raw materials and machines by scanning barcodes printed specifically. The data is then fed into the PLM system through WiFi network for detailed analysis and status display along the production lines' electronic displays.
The real-time data can help figure out any immediate machine failures, while providing historical information for quality analysis and improvement at the same time.
