Job Description:
- Manage a team in planning and implementing leasing strategies, policies, and guidelines for the assigned portfolio
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Provide quality tenant services, liaison, and tenancy administration
- Conduct in depth market research, analyze market trend and compile various reports
- Prepare annual and monthly budget report and rental forecast
- Handle and coordinate on renovation and fit out works, takeover/handover of premises, and ad hoc duties
- Liaise and correlate with various functions on leasing and promotion activities and property management issues
- Relationship management with existing and potential tenants
- Maintain good relations with property developers, government departments, agents and other related parties to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities

Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Real Estate / Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in office leasing
- Strong strategic planning skills is a MUST
- Proactive, energetic and customer oriented
- Strong market sense and familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
