Administration Manager (Stationed in Overseas)

Job Description:

  • Work as a project based to explore and develop new factory plant in overseas
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative functions including facilities repair and maintenance, deliver services, catering and accommodation services, etc
  • To lead, supervise, review, recommend and implement policies & operational procedures to meet with the Company’s development needs and to ensure compliance of the Corporate policies
  • Responsible for overall factory operations and management
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Strong solid experience in all-round garment manufacturing factory environment is a MUST
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry including 3 years at managerial level
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Stationed in SEA region

Senior Merchandiser, Cut & Sewn Knit

Job Description:

  • Supervise the merchandising team to ensure the garment development to production in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the production is on track and the quality is up to customer’s standard
  • Perform strategic merchandising plan through various market research, analysis and forecasting to achieve company objective
  • Establish good relationship with existing and new customers
  • Retrieve and facilitate problem solution when necessaries
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Textile / Clothing or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience (with garment factory background is an advantage)
  • Energetic person with strong leadership and enjoy team work
  • With “Can-do” attitude and able to work independently under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Weekly Travel to Zhuhai office is required

Job Description:

  • Manage a team in planning implementing leasing strategies, policies, and guidelines for the retail portfolio
  • Responsible for new site acquisition, renewal, lease negotiation
  • Provide quality tenant services, liaison, and tenancy administration
  • Conduct in depth market research, analyze market trend and compile various reports
  • Assist in budget planning and rental forecast
  • Handle and coordinate on renovation and fit out works, takeover/handover of premises, and ad hoc duties
  • Liaise and correlate with various functions on leasing and promotion activities and property management issues
  • Explore new clients through marketing events and business connections
  • Maintain good relations with property developers, government departments, landlords, agents and other related parties to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in surveying, marketing, business administration, estate management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in leasing or marketing shopping centers, preferably with commercial building experience
  • Strong strategic planning skills is a MUST
  • Strong market sense and familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experienced will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager

Senior Leasing Officer

Job Description:

  • Manage the tenancy and new letting document of offices and shops
  • Handle leasing & marketing activities including but not limited to market research, lease negotiation, tenancy search, tenancy administration and lease enquiries etc.
  • Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies and financial assessment
  • Analyze market trends and data research and prepare regular leasing reports
  • Assist formulating and implementing development and expansion strategies
  • Work closely with both internal and external parties including tenants’ promotional campaigns
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Real Estate / Surveying / Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in Commercial Building or Retail Leasing
  • Familiar with landlord / tenancy ordinance and leasing procedures
  • Proactive, energetic and customer oriented
  • Good team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Holder of Estate Agent License is preferred 
  • Less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
